How it works

From first tour to first client.

Five steps, and we're with you the whole way through.

  1. Step 01: Book a private tour.

    Book a private tour online. Tell us which days and times suit you and we'll confirm. Asking for a tour doesn't reserve a studio or commit you to anything.

    Step 02: Walk the space.

    Tours are one-on-one at Capri Centre. Before we open, you'll see the studios while they're being built: stand in the one you like, check the size, and take the plan home.

    Step 03: Apply and sign.

    After your tour, we email you a personal link to apply for the studio you want. Once you're approved, you go through your studio licence together and sign online.

    Step 04: Get move-in ready.

    Your resident portal lists what's needed before your first client, like proof of insurance and the credentials for your services. Your building access is set up before your first day.

    Step 05: Open your doors.

    Move in, set up your studio your way, and welcome your first client. They check themselves in at reception and you get a text. After hours, they call your studio from the intercom at the front door and you let them in from your phone.

    Furniture and equipment are shown for illustration and aren't included, except the styling chair and backwash for hair pros.
